Track 2 reintegration process (Cofect)

Sometimes returning to one's own employer is not feasible or desirable. Then Track 2 offers a way out: active guidance to a suitable position in another organization. This is not a passive search - your employee is intensively supported in finding, obtaining and, above all, retaining work that really suits him or her.

This is done on the basis of a clear, written reintegration plan. This plan is drawn up jointly by the reintegration coach together with the employee. It offers a clear compass: what are the realistic options? What steps do we take? And how long do we expect to take?

  • Intake and introduction: We get to know the employee well, his capabilities and wishes, and discuss what is really feasible.
  • Drafting a reintegration plan: Together with employer, employee and possibly company doctor, we draw up a written plan that makes it clear how long the process is expected to take.
  • Active guidance: The case manager provides intensive guidance in job search, application training, networking and approaching potential employers.
  • Support at start: Even after placement, we remain involved to ensure that the switch is sustainably successful.
